How to Prepare for Your Boudoir Session

Most importantly, try to relax and not overthink! You are going to look amazing, I promise! I will walk you through every pose, tell you where to look, and make sure you look your best on camera.

Be sure to remove any smart watches and hair ties ahead of time to make sure no creases or indents are still lingering for the photos. Avoid wearing tight bras or underwear right before your session, as those tend to leave marks on your skin, as well. Please also remove tags from your lingerie beforehand. Wear sunscreen the week leading up to your shoot if you are going to be spending time outside! You don’t want any distracting redness, peeling, or tan lines in your photos.

Please arrive for your session with your hair and makeup completed, but bring extra makeup or hairspray if you think you will need to touch it up right before we start.

If bringing a friend to your session will make you feel more comfortable, you are more than welcome! Just let me know beforehand if anyone will be tagging along. (I would love for you to have your whole support team there with you, but keep in mind that space in the studio is limited, so please do not bring more than 2 people.)
